Business suggestion

I'm an inventor from Georgia from Tbilisi. I have created some directions of women's high shoes to make them safer.

As a result the shoes outlook became attractive; really I didn't think much about their design when I was busy with the technical side of theirs. I would like to work together with the business. I am able to make progress in your industry. The shoes won't have real concurrent worldwide.

I can send the theory of the inventions called "THE SAFERS". Soon I will receive copyright of the work...the drawings are already done. If you're interested in it , please, let me know; when my copyright is registered I can send them to you.

As I know Demna Gvasalia is your favorite designer.

Balenciaga - Fraud
I purchased a pair of Balenciaga sunglasses that came standard with an extra set of lenses. When I needed to put in the second set of lenses, no optician would do the replacement. I called Balenciaga, and they gave me the name of one place that they said is authorized. Called them, they refused. So, basically, I am stuck with an empty plastic frame.

Returned the shoes using a return labeled at Balenciaga provided it shows that the item was received in their warehouse and it has been 31 days and have yet to receive my refund I have called them every single day asking about my refund. initially they told me that it will take 10 days to process the return and issue the refund it has now been 31 days.

I have been constantly calling them and every time I call talk to different representative they tell me its gonna be 24 to 48 hours.

Yet still no refund. I asked for manager supervisor to call me back in reference to this to date of this review I have not received any phone calls from a manager or supervisor although I was told they would call within 24 to 48 hours Im doing all the calling over and over again and they have yet to issue me a refund.

Issues with my purchase

Not enough space here to say everything that is wrong with Balenciaga, their store employees, their absolutely criminal return policies.

FYI if you call customer service they are lovely but they are not part of corporate and cannot override anything the store does. They cannot help you get a piece of merchandise that you are trying to find any more than the retail employee can.

So, basically, tough luck if you cant find it. Tough luck if the retail employee was supposed to help but did nothing for weeks. Customer service cannot help you even if youve been forced to upgrade your purchase 3 times because the store wont give a refund. Customer service cant help if the employee who supposedly helped you, didnt.

All the way around, if you give the retail store your money, you are screwed if there is any problem.

Heads up- Make sure if you do decide to throw your money into something from them, order online.

If you purchase in store, remember, you are not allowed a refund, ever, no matter what. They stamp sucker on you as soon as you swipe your credit card or hand over your cash. Only online orders are entitled to a refund. Yeah, that makes sense, right?.

Taking this even sickeningly farther, if you do go to the store, wear every expensive designer thing you own and be sure to first, go get your hair and makeup done.

If you dont, and perhaps pop in after the gym, they wont even try to respectfully assist you, nor even properly wrap your purchase.

Never ever again for me.

Stuck with a very expensive bag that I dont want.

A tiny bag with a zipper that does not fail to cut your skin if you stick your hand into the bag, and oh, a strap that falls off because the clip is made like junk.

Im sticking with Gucci, Burberry, Prada and Hermès. SMH

Because my son bought me some sneakers and I am 60 year old and a true they look like men shoes first of all and that are wrong side of left emails called no one's keeping in touch with me he paid too

Because no one bulky sneakers are the serial number and everything but I do not have the receipt they're about at Saks Fifth Avenue here in San Antonio I need to call you guys do you have a serial number and all that for y'all can you send the receipt or copy of the receipt or something so I could get my money back or gift card so I can get something else 210 815 **** please help me or get in touch with me text me something email theresadavis1029@***.com

Asking baout the policy

I am not satisfied for your service..we came from another state to travel over to Hawaii. .when we buy something we have to make sure we can exchange the stuff when we get back home...you guy said yes...but when we are home in California we go to the store here and exchange for different color and the staff here said we can't exchange for the same price here.".what is a fake saler"..u guy just wanna sale thing for customer and when it done. U said u can't do it.

Even we go to Europe we buy from different Brand Name there..when we get home we still can exchange for the same price here.

Nothing happen..But your store it the one I can't exchange..it is sound funny to me .

I think this is the first time and last time we bought the stuff from here..Thank you for all of your service

Haven't received my sneakers

Ive order a week ago online I wanted to go pick it up because I had a event to attend and thought I wouldve be able to pick it up in store the next day but my order been processing for a week Im not sure if I even want the sneakers anymore for this long wait. No communication at all. If I wouldve known I wouldve gotten it delivered. How much longer? And if its to long May I have a refund.

Balenciaga - Lost order
I placed a order 2304Z21012**** with this company on 4/23. In May I reached out and was told there warehouse was closed due to covid and once opened orders will ship as they were received. I initially want the order for my birthday however there was no chance Id get them but I still liked them so I left the order. On June 5th I reached a return form from Balenciaga and I called to find out why because I never requested return nor received the item. I searched for emails from Balenciaga and saw there was an email in spam dated June 2 from a rep of their company named olivia that stated my order was delivered to the incorrect address and she was trying to get it to me. The rep that I currently had on the line had no knowledge of the situation and advised I would have to try back when Olivia was there. Which I did and also sent 3 emails before calling again to be told that she had spoken to her supervisor and that since it was after hours she called him at home and I was told he would be in the next day to issue a refund because they had no way to send a replacement and I would then have to place the order again. So today thats what I was expecting to take place this morning. Now this evening I get an email that says it was delivered and they couldnt help me. Never mind the fact they emailed me my order was some where else. If nothing else they could have provided the persons info so I can get my order myself since they cant seem to. I just find it weird I was told one thing yesterday by phone only to be mailed sorry we cant help you it was delivered. I will never order here again
